تدين شبكة أطباء السودان بأشد العبارات القصف المدفعي الذي نفذته قوات الحركة الشعبية بقيادة عبد العزيز الحلو اليوم على مدينة كادوقلي بولاية جنوب كردفان، والذي أسفر عن سقوط ضحايا مدنيين بينهم أطفال، في انتهاك جديد للقانون الدولي الإنساني الذي يحظر استهداف المناطق السكنية والمدنيين.
وبحسب المعلومات الأولية، أدى القصف إلى مقتل أسرة كاملة تتكون من أم و ثلاثة أطفال، ما يعكس الحجم المأساوي للخسائر البشرية الناتجة عن استهداف الأحياء السكنية داخل المدينة.
إن استهداف المدنيين بالقصف العشوائي يمثل جريمة مدانة ومخالفة صريحة للمواثيق الدولية، ويزيد من معاناة السكان الذين يعيشون أوضاعاً إنسانية وأمنية بالغة التعقيد.
تحمل شبكة أطباء السودان قوات الحركة الشعبية بقيادة عبد العزيز الحلو المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذا الهجوم، وتطالب بوقف استهداف المدنيين بصورة فورية، واحترام قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني التي تلزم أطراف النزاع بحماية الأرواح والممتلكات المدنية.
كما تدعو الشبكة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية إلى إدانة هذه الانتهاكات والعمل على توثيقها ومحاسبة مرتكبيها، وضمان توفير الحماية اللازمة للمدنيين في مناطق النزاع.

Sudan Doctors Network: Entire Family Killed, Including Three Children, in Sudan People’s Liberation Movement Shelling of Kadugli
The Sudan Doctors Network strongly condemns the artillery shelling carried out today by forces of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM), led by Abdelaziz al-Hilu, against the city of Kadugli in South Kordofan State. The shelling resulted in civilian casualties, including children, in a further violation of international humanitarian law, which prohibits attacks on residential areas and civilians.
According to preliminary information, the shelling killed an entire family consisting of a mother and her three children, reflecting the tragic scale of human loss caused by attacks on residential neighborhoods within the city.
The indiscriminate shelling of civilians constitutes a condemnable act and a clear violation of international conventions. It further exacerbates the suffering of residents already facing extremely complex humanitarian and security conditions.
The Sudan Doctors Network holds the forces of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, led by Abdelaziz al-Hilu, fully responsible for this attack. The Network calls for an immediate cessation of attacks on civilians and urges respect for the principles of international humanitarian law, which require all parties to the conflict to protect civilian lives and property.
The Network also calls on the United Nations and human rights and humanitarian organizations to condemn these violations, work to document them and hold those responsible accountable, and ensure the necessary protection of civilians in conflict zones.
